Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing orders using NetSuite and HubSpot on a daily basis. Additionally, this role will provide data entry support to various teams, including Marketing, acting as a data librarian to ensure information is organized and accessible. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Verify order information for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. 

·       Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity across all platforms. 

·       Provide additional data entry support to various teams as needed, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. 

·       Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and organize marketing data. 

·       Generate and distribute order confirmation, invoices, and other necessary documents to customers. 

·       Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any order-related issues or inquiries. 

·       Prepare and maintain various reports related to order entry and data management. 

·       Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices. 

·       Continuously seek ways to improve order entry processes and enhance overall efficiency. 

 

Job Requirements:

·       High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. 

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry or a similar data entry role. 

·       Proficiency in using NetSuite and HubSpot is preferred but not required. 

·       Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. 

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. 

·       Experience working with marketing data and acting in a data librarian capacity is a plus.
