About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Order Processing Specialist to support our operations. This position is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and enter sales orders utilizing the company’s ERP system.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to confirm customer orders.
  • Cross-verify order details against customer purchase orders to ensure correctness.
  • Maintain a Purchase Order (PO) entry tracker for visibility to Contracts and Accounting teams.
  • Provide timely updates on overdue accounts to the Accounts Receivable department based on weekly aging reports.
  • Ensure prompt shipment of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders.
  • Manage incoming communications and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to expedite order processing.
  • Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and claims processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with basic ERP/MRP functions and applications is preferred.
Compensation:
The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, location, responsibilities, and certifications.
