One of our clients is seeking a Bilingual HR Services Specialist to join their team

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $85,000 per year, based on your experience. You will work onsite Monday – Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am.

Some of your responsibilities as Bilingual HR Services Specialist include handling calls and questions from employees regarding insurance, benefits, LOA, job bidding and more, as well as:

  • Handling escalations from HR Services Coordinators
  • Creating content for Knowledge Articles
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • TA responsibilities
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Facilitating and providing training
  • Job appointments/displacements/reclassifications
  • Providing onsite HR presence with scheduled walk arounds
  • Conducting Adverse Action Processes as necessary
  • Representing company as needed for unemployment claims
  • Monitoring and communicating team member performance evaluation processes
  • Acting as back up to the Employee Relations Team as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have an Associate’s degree plus two - five (2-5) years of experience in HR. You will also be expected to have:

  • Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to read and interpret policies and safety rules
  • Ability to write performance / disciplinary documents
  • Ability to make decisions, resolutions that are legal, fair and appropriate
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Ability to draft and/or revise policies and procedures in partnership with legal and HR leadership
  • Ability to effectively coach and train complex processes and procedures
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
