Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemail messages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate with vendors and maintenance technicians as needed to resolve resident issues
  • Process resident inquiries and provide information on products and services
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Identify resident needs and develop strategies for meeting those needs
  • Monitor resident experience and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making abilities
