Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who possesses excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities to join our dynamic US Field Service team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.

To excel in this role, the Human Resources Coordinator should exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and payroll processes. Top candidates will be adept at conflict resolution, effective scheduling, and thorough recruitment practices.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 25-50% on-site presence at TPI's facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute HR processing tasks within the HR information system, ensuring accurate maintenance of associate records and files.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and hiring processes by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting in candidate selection for open positions.
  • Draft offer letters and manage pre-employment processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Maintain and report human resource information confidentially and accurately.
  • Assist in new hire orientation, including provisioning and supporting departmental personnel as needed.
  • Address associate inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Help plan and coordinate associate engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Conduct miscellaneous research, prepare reports, and draft memos as required.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of two years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

This role is based within our U.S. Field Services operations.
