Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office procedures, ensuring administrative efficiency, and providing leadership for our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Administrative functions of the office including Human Resources and Accounting.
Oversee all office operations, including managing all administrative staff members.
Maintain all human resources functions, including coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and administering benefits.
Perform all accounting tasks, managing the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring proper internal controls, preparing all financials and reconciling accounts.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers and internal stakeholders.
Provide leadership and recommendations to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in an office management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
