The Chief Operating Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer, is responsible for driving organizational change management and implementing new business processes, changes in organizational structure, and cultural changes within the enterprise.

This position leads the design and implementation of the new operating model based on departmental strategic priorities and determines the approach for developing the model.

To successfully implement complex changes that integrate tightly with broader initiatives, the Chief Operating Officer ensures training takes place for new processes and tools.

This position champions operating model transformation and ensures that the organization is equipped to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Change Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing organizational change, including communication, training, and coaching.
  • Operating Model Design: Design and implement new operating models that align with departmental strategic priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the organization is equipped to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship skills: Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills: Including interviewing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Deep experience in financial management and reporting: Proven track record of reporting, metrics, process management.
  • Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and governance: Broad knowledge of the financial service industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field: 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's Degree: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License.
