ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Record financial data into QuickBooks ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

· Assisting with internal and external audits by gathering and organizing financial documents and providing necessary support to auditors.

· Conducting research on accounting issues or discrepancies and proposing solutions or recommendations.

· Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

· Help file paperwork.

· Reach out to clients and get a preferred billing method.

· Get updated credit cards from clients to close rides.

· Other duties assigned.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to analyze financial data and be able to solve problems.

· Strong attention to details and accuracy in financial record- keeping and analysis.

· Familiarity with accounting principles and financial analysis concepts.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
