Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive financial management of the international division's Profit and Loss statements.
  • Facilitate the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the international division, including monthly close activities, forecasts, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, while collaborating with the enterprise FP&A team for consolidation and reporting.
  • Adhere to project timelines, milestones, and reviews for each business unit within the international division to ensure timely submission of thoroughly vetted forecasts.
  • Develop consolidated presentations that encapsulate the division's forecasts, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for specific business units within the International Division.
  • Construct and refine forecasting models for revenue and expense projections.
  • Maintain and update reporting packages utilized by senior executives and operational leaders, providing both high-level insights and detailed feedback on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Financial Operations teams (accounting, treasury, tax) to ensure consistency in financial statements.
  • Evaluate the effects of local currency fluctuations on business operations and work with accounting and treasury teams to mitigate foreign exchange volatility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • An MBA or master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, planning, and financial statement analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Tableau is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not required.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals and interact effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Results-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams across various time zones.
  • Excellent project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates essential competencies including financial acumen, customer focus, and effective communication.

Team Dynamics

This role functions as an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A International and Strategic Finance, while regularly collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Work Environment

The Senior FP&A Analyst for International will operate from our modern corporate headquarters, with a hybrid work model allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility.
