Our Hand Therapy Clinic is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist/coordinator. Duties include answering phones, collecting copay's, speaking with patients, other medical provider’s offices, insurance companies, coordinating patient appointments, obtaining authorizations, medical records and making sure that the front desk is organized and running efficiently. Other duties may be assigned. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Monday-Friday work week.
