About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate at Massage Envy Hamburg, New York.


As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting our service providers, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to member and guest inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support our service providers by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional services, including maintaining a clean and organized treatment room environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing, and shipping/receiving, to ensure the front desk area is running smoothly.
  • Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in all interactions with team members, members, and guests.
