About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our service providers, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist front desk staff with filing, organizing, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Ensure that treatment rooms are client-ready and that service providers have everything they need to deliver amazing services.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete important operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly, including answering phone calls, setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments, and greeting members and guests upon arrival.
  • Team Support: Recognize and support team goals, build positive relationships with team members, and uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
