Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Being a point of contact for our customers when they contact the office by answering the phones & ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Inputting customer contracts, payments & following the jobs through to completion; to include ordering product, scheduling installs and services. Will be working with salesmen and installers during this process.
- Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally, or directing them to another individual or department to address their concerns. We always want to leave them with an answer or ensure a plan of action is in place.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, administrative, scheduling, and/or office management experience highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Customer service / office experience (Excel & QuickBooks experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as working together as a team.
- Occasional Saturdays (Typically once a month from 9-12).
