As a Bilingual Customer Service / Recruiting Coordinator, you will help connect our Spanish-speaking job seekers with available jobs, qualify applications, and schedule interviewing appointments. The main goal of the Bilingual Customer Service / Recruiting Coordinator is to put people into jobs, meet client needs, and assist with generating and expanding business with existing and new accounts.

Pay: $20-$22

Duties of Bilingual Customer Service / Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Screen and interview applicants
  • Handle orientation and paperwork for new hires
  • Conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks
  • Effectively present qualified candidates to new and existing clients
  • Place employment advertisements
  • Manage social media and marketing projects
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service / Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound calling
  • Type 45+wpm
  • Computer and basic social media skills
  • Previous sales/recruiting experience (Internships included) a plus
  • Hustle, tenacity, and determination
  • Must have Spanish fluency
