Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator/Scheduler to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with customers, clients and property managers.
  • Scheduling appointments and projects.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Filing
  • Organizing photos of work done and distributing to clients.
  • Managing and organizing work orders and emails.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, as our first line of contact with current and potential clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask. Stay on task with little direction (once trained).
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficient using MS Word, Excel, web browsing, Gmail and general PC work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • ​Strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Looking for long term hire- minimum 1 year commitment with possibility of job development and advancement.
