Job DescriptionJob Description

The Sales Specialist- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)  will be responsible for maintaining and building rapport with patients and potential new patients (leads) while remaining professional. The The Sales Specialist (HRT) will act as a liaison between the patients and the medical providers at Life Gaines through placing medication orders based on doctors recommendations, answering patient questions, and educating patients in effort to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Additionally, this role will be expected to create and follow protocols within the scope of the Sales Department.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Builds a rapport with patients

·        Facilitates and establishes new patients for Life Gaines

·        Orders patient medications under ARNP and MD orders

·        Communicates with pharmacies

·        Maintains patient retention

·        Follows up on leads through CRM system

·        Answers and educates patients on their treatment plan as advised by Life Gaines Medical Providers.

·        Creates protocol manuals for the Sales Department

·        Manages patient phone calls regarding medication inquires

·        Utilizes patient medication travel letters

·        Performs other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        4+ years of Sales Experience

·        4+ years of Customer Service Experience

·        3 years of CRM experience

Specific or Additional Skills:

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Strong modern wellness sales skills

·        Knowledge of medications and modern wellness

·        Ability to take initiative

·        Knowledge of a CRM platform

·        Strong multitasking and organizational skills

·        Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

·        Ability to work with a Team

·        Understanding of a medical schedule platform- Dr. Chrono preferred 

·        Maintains a positive attitude and professionalism
