This position is responsible for proactively engaging with clients to ensure that they think of BlueTeam as their go-to option for restoration, construction, and roofing needs. The Client Services Specialist will also actively monitor and communicate potential risks to clients' properties or staff and assist in onboarding new clients.What you'll do....Client Relationship Building:Proactively reach out to existing clients to nurture and strengthen relationshipsRegularly remind clients of BlueTeam's services and capabilitiesPosition BlueTeam as the preferred choice for restoration, construction, and roofing needsListen to clients' concerns and feedback, ensuring their needs are metProvide industry-specific and relevant information to benefit clients' businessesRisk Assessment:Utilize internal software and external sources to identify potential risks to client properties or staffCommunicate identified risks to clients and provide recommendations for mitigationOnboarding New Clients:Contact new clients to introduce them to BlueTeam's servicesShare login information for our software platformGather detailed information about client contacts and property layoutsSales Growth:Work towards acquiring new contract opportunitiesCollaborate with the Director of Inside Sales to identify potential leads and strategies for sales growthDrive sales growth by fostering relationships with both existing and new clientsRFP Process: Coordinate and assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales documentsEnsure timely submission of completed RFPsContract Process: Support the sales team in the contract negotiation and execution processMaintain accurate records of contracts and associated documentationSales Team Training: Serve as a training resource for the sales team, providing guidance on internal processes and systemsAssist in the development of training materials and resourcesAdditional Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports Conduct market research to support sales strategies and initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operationsPerform other duties and responsibilities as requiredWhat you'll need...Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plusMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client relationsQualifications:Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the construction or restoration industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work proactively and independentlyProficiency in using software tools and resources for research and communicationWhat you'll get in return...Competitive Salary.Full range of Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Supplemental and Voluntary Life Insurance, 401(K) with Employer Match and Paid Time Off (PTO).
