LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Admin/Receptionist t with 3 years of experience, located in Manhattan, New York. This is an excellent direct hire role that will require you to be working on site. 
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage legal documentation, including case files, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring timely and precise filing in New York, New Jersey, and federal courts.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents like briefs, motions, and discovery requests, and handle the filing processes in both state and federal jurisdictions.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed, upholding professionalism in all communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, hearings, and court dates, ensuring attorneys are promptly reminded of upcoming deadlines and appearances.
  • Provide essential administrative support, such as writing correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing emails, while directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
  • Oversee daily office functions, including managing office supplies and equipment, and collaborating with headquarters to facilitate necessary orders.
  • Effectively manage attorneys’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint skills is a plus
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000-75,000
 

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
