We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to contractors, residential and commercial builders. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, residential and commercial builders through regular communication and visits

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the building materials industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
