We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Provide strong assistance to others in the office
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Some previous experience in office work or other related fields could be helpful, but not required
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and be trained
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Great work ethic with a pleasant & positive attitude
