Sales Representative

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our sales floor in Spokane Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients through in-person appointments provided by us. Your main goal will be to understand their vacation needs and present them with our exceptional discount vacation membership packages. This is a commission-based position with substantial earning potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to pre-qualified clients.
- Explain the benefits and features of our discount vacation membership packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
