This is an entry-level Sales Representative role with opportunity for growth, advancement, and a long term career. Our paid training program is a fun & interactive experience. You will learn about product offerings, our sales process and how we retain our customers for life.Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and are committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele. We will ensure you are set up for success on our flexible pay plans.

Candidates experience in customer service, retail sales or the service/hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: 

  • Commission 20%-35% of net sales price per unit

  • Paid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversary

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations
  • Work all showfloor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance   
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Qualifications:

  • Available to work evenings & weekends
  • Previous sales experience
  • Drive for financial rewards
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record

This is a safety sensitive position, subject to drug testing including for marijuana.
