Job DescriptionJob Description

As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and ABEL PERSONNEL’S CLIENT staff by handling administrative tasks related to various programs and activities. From assisting with scheduling CE webinars to coordinating meetings and handling public grants, your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and program execution.

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • $20/hour or $39,000/year (Temp-to-Hire)
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Harrisburg, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events and webinars, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for various programs and activities.
  • Manage grants and finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide general support to our CEO and team members.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred; relevant experience a plus (Healthcare and/or Pharmacy experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
