We are seeking an Administrative Office Clerk to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3 years previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and grammer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofing
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate level of MS Word & Excel a must
  • Typing 50 wpm a must
