***Job Duties***


- Serve as a professional client point of contact
- Coordinate and schedule project elements with timely follow-up
- Stay informed about timelines and case tracking for upcoming deadlines
- Review, track, edit, and summarize key project data for reports
- Expert formatting and editing of reports and correspondence
- Conduct cost and care research for case projects
- Respond to case-related inquiries courteously from clients, providers, experts, patients/family
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing for all case project activities
- Obtain necessary information for quality services, including patient schedules and relevant photos
