Responsibilities

We want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist's to onboard our recently hired candidates and assess background checks
  • Following up on background check documentation
  • Analyze all components of background check including drug screening, employment, education, criminal, and credit
  • Conducting follow up calls
  • I9 Documentation and Onboarding of all new hires
  • Acting as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvements
  • Building and auditing reports to provide updates on Team Member Referral metrics and performance data to leadership.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field
  • Familiar with the process of assessing background check assessments
  • Familiar with I9 documents and compliance
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Proven ability to withhold confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hires
  • Onsite attendance is required
  • iCIMS knowledge preferred
