Job DescriptionJob Description

Insurance Restoration Contents Company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.  Working as a team with fellow Administrative Assistant.  Extensive training provided.  

Please do not respond if you do not possess a minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Send correspondence to clients.  
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events - maintain company calendar
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Extensive Telephonic communication and written communication with homeowners and adjusters
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years previous experience in office administration or other similarly related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many distractions
