What You'll Do:

  • Manage all customer service operations via computer, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with high efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with warehouse staff for accurate order processing and inventory management, all handled electronically.
  • Utilize our client's system to record customer interactions, service issues, and updates accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and exceed customer service goals while constantly seeking ways to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish is essential
  • Background in customer service, logistics, or related fields, with previous experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations.
