Tax Strategy and Planning

Our Tax Specialists are committed to providing strategic guidance on tax planning to help clients minimize their tax liabilities in the future. At Hantz Group, we believe that effective tax planning is a proactive endeavor that involves continuous monitoring of our clients' tax situations throughout the year, enabling us to deliver accurate tax projections prior to the preparation of their final tax returns.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of tax liabilities.
  • Prepare detailed tax projections.
  • Achieve assigned performance goals.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Tax Team to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations and standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Possess leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain Enrolled Agent designation.
  • Ability to secure an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
