Part-Time Administrative Assistant

A small specialized recruiting firm located in Laguna Hills is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide support to the Director of Operations for a variety of administrative functions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, a background in accounting is a big plus.
The position starts at 20 to 25 hours per week, ideally five days a week on a consistent schedule, but there is some flexibility. This is a temp-to-hire position and the pay is $24-$26/hour to start, based on experience and could lead to a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clerical support utilizing MS Office software
- Data Entry
- Payroll and Billing Support
- Keeping Database up to date and accurate
Qualifications include:
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Attention to detail
- Good software skills, ability to type 45 WPM+
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good with numbers, accounting experience a big plus
- Experience working on QuickBooks or Bullhorn Software a big plus
