Our client, located in the South Austin area, is looking for a full-time administrative clerk to help their excellent team manage the day-to-day administrative duties. The client provides industrial fencing, as well as security solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to work in a smaller office with a team that needs general administrative assistance. Most of the business is coordinated and managed off phones. This person will not be managing incoming calls, emails, etc.

This is an in-person position, not hybrid or remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typical day-to-day administrative responsibilities, supply inventory, mail distribution, opening and closing of building, record maintenance, email management, etc.
  • Record and Maintain records pertaining to DMV records, inspections, etc.
  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining all company records, timesheets, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Positive and pleasant demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite products and Adobe
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • 1+ years administrative experience
