Job DescriptionJob Description

- Provide administrative support to the team, including project coordination, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
