Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees
- Handle employee relations by addressing questions and concerns and resolving workplace issues
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Plan and implement staff training programs
- Provide benefits administration
- Conduct performance reviews and manage promotions
- Oversee and handle day-to-day HR operations

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR management role
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR software and systems to include ADP
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus.
