Our company is growing and we are seeking a Human Resources Professional - Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join our team This role will perform the day to day operations and activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. The position needs to ensure the HR operations will run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Perform other assignments as assigned by the HR Director

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • BSc/BA in HR or relevant field preferred
  • Bi-lingual is required
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Exceptional communication both verbally and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment screening which includes a drug screen
