Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a warm, bubbly personality and a hunger for success. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective leads, establishing relationships, attending shows, canvassing neighborhoods and generating interest in our top-notch remodeling services by whatever means necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call out prospective leads with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Attend shows and events to create interest in our products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and outgoing personality.
  • Strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven by financial success.
  • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
