What We're Seeking:
- Proven Expertise: Bring a minimum of 5 years of District Manager experience in a high-volume QSR burger concept, ideally managing $2.6M-$5M+ in annual revenue per store.
- Drive-Thru Mastery: Demonstrate strong proficiency in QSR/Fast Food management with a specialization in drive-thru operations.
- Bonus Traits: While not mandatory, Spanish-speaking abilities are highly regarded.
- Leadership Excellence: Showcase your talent in building, motivating, and managing diverse teams to achieve excellence.
- Financial Savvy: Display comprehensive P&L and cost control experience to drive profitability.
- Communication Mastery: Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time on the job, 1-3 nights per week, overnight travel
