Requirements:

  • Strong drive, ability and desire to call upon established relationships and friends within clients and to network into new relationships from existing ones

  • Responsible for owning or leasing a vehicle and maintaining the vehicle in good working condition
  • Must be able to get in and out of an automobile multiple times per day and sit for extended periods while driving territory

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activities, goals, and quota expectations
  • Identify, source, and win new client accounts and job orders
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract clients
  • Prospect new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and leads
  • Travel through assigned territory to identify prospective clients and visit existing clients and their job sites
  • Maintain a perpetual pipeline of client prospects and routinely follow up on leads
  • Input documentation for all sales and marketing activities, as well as keep accurate progress notes and client updates in Link’s CRM.
  • Manage, and negotiate terms with prospects
  • Ensure all necessary information is collected from clients, documented, and communicated appropriately
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs
  • Negotiate client fees and agreements. Address any issues with potential clients before contracts are signed
  • Work as a partner to help clients reach their staffing goals and manage expectations with integrity and transparency
  • Present client ideas, information, and needs to other departments, including other branch offices, the sales team, the marketing team, regional managers, and executives; present information in any relevant meeting or review
  • Seek new opportunities and develop new revenue streams within existing clients
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality control

 

The ideal candidate would offer:

  • College Degree Required.
  • Proven sales skills with at least 4 years of sales experience in logistics or service-related sales.
  • Staffing Industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
