Our client, a well-established structural engineering firms in California, is seeking seasoned structural professional to join their team in San Francisco. If you have 7 years of experience in building design, don’t miss out on this opportunity 

 

You will be responsible for managing project teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards. You will also be collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the design of building projects from concept to completion

·        Perform structural analyses and design calculations for various building materials and systems

·        Review and approve design drawings and specifications

·        Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers

·        Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations

 

Education and Experience:

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

·        Experience: 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer or equivalent role.

·        Licensure/Certification: PE / SE licensure in California

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        A minimum of 7 years experience in structural building design

·        Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD tools
