We manage single family residences, small apartment complexes and some commercial buildings. This job is based in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm. No weekends or after hours. We are located in a modern spacious office building on South Hill Puyallup. Plenty of free parking and great location near Costco and South Hill Mall.

This position is for a very experienced Property Manager to step in and take over your own portfolio. This is a full-time with some driving of your vehicle for showings, we reimburse for your mileage. Bring your sound knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel. AppFolio skills are a bonus. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position includes a beautiful new construction 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, with Air Conditioning and garage. Located in private neighborhood near the following excellent Puyallup Schools; Firgrove Elementary, Ballou Junior High and Rogers High School.  

The hourly rate is $20/hour and possible commissions as promotional events happen. With the value of the Free Apartment this job compensation comes out to $30/hr.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years Residential Property Management Experience—Required
  • Fair Housing Knowledge
