Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling procedures.
  • Utilize property management systems to manage guest information and room assignments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of front office operations and emergency procedures.

Compensation
