Seeking a therapist position in a bustling community full of arts and entertainment? Then Arlington, TX is the place for you, and Logos is the environment that will help you Create Hope for Tomorrow for both you and your clients.

We are currently seeking two full-time therapists for our location in Arlington, Texas. The prospective therapist must be fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, or LPA) by the State of Texas. **Please note we are NOT ACCEPTING provisionally licensed (LPC Associates, LMFT Associates, or LMSW) individuals at this location.

The prospective team member will have flexible working hours. We do encourage new therapists to offer some evenings or weekend hours to see clients. We work a 36 hour work week for full-time individuals. Therapists will be able to create their own schedule as long as the aforementioned criteria are met. Therapists will be required to do some lite marketing and networking (training and support provided).

Logos offers two payroll structures so you can choose the one that fits you the best. We have a salaried structure that offers flexibility in scheduling, a steady income, and paid time off. We also have a split employee structure if you prefer the opportunity for an even greater income potential. All full-time employees, whether salaried or split employee, can qualify for health insurance as well as 401(k), which includes a company match to help you reach your retirement goals.
