Job DescriptionJob Description

Due to continued growth we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other communication
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Enter and update data in client data base
  • Assist Operations Team with overflow
  • Assist Sales Team with proposals as needed
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
  • Comfortable using Zoom for virtual meeting databases as needed
