Our focus is end-to-end technology equipment and infrastructure solutions which include, but are not limited to, infrastructure cabling, skilled engineering services, and equipment setup, activation, testing and tear outs. Basically, we are responsible for any of the technology in a building that doesn’t zap you. This includes devices such as computers, cash registers, phones, CCTV, kiosks, digital signage, and the entire network that connects and supports it.

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations and is a Hybrid role working out of FSS Headquarters in Plymouth, Michigan.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent Company’s Core Values, Core Focus and Goals
  • Lead, manage, and provide accountability to the Resource Deployment and FSS Technician team
  • Engage in weekly L10 Meetings
  • Manage the FSS Technicians and Onsite Project Coordinators
  1. Including hiring/firing
  2. Training and growth
  3. Scheduling, routing and PTO
  • Maintain regular meetings with the Resource Department and Technical staff including:
  1. Regular touch base meetings
  2. Quarterly conversations
  3. Annual Reviews
  • Vet sub-contractor’s candidates. Manage the sub-contractor’s relationships and ensure they are in compliance with our requirements, as well as overseeing the on boarding and off boarding process
  • Liaison to the Deployment Partners
  1. Main and first POC for escalations
  2. Ensure general usage of partners including new??
  3. Review and interview new deployment companies
  • Develop Technician growth plans (#) in both the FSS internal technicians and Deployment partners
  • Responsible for ensuring that Master Service Agreements are executed and maintained
  • Look to proactively make the process better through refinement
  • Staffing and routing big opportunities

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the strategic growth and planning of the deployment team. This role requires strong communication and routing skills. You will oversee the management of the W-2 Technicians as well as the sub-contractors. You will be responsible for making suggestions for technicians in regard to the rollout, routing and scheduling of large projects.

PM background, preferred.

Someone who has Computer proficiency.

Someone who has strong management skills.

Someone who is organized.

Someone who has strong verbal and written communication stills.

Someone who has 3 years' experience in management.

Someone who has 1 year experience in routing, preferred.

BA in Business Administration, preferred
