We seek a successful, dynamic, and self-driven leader to join our team as the Vice President of Permanent Placement. Working from our office in Newport Beach, CA, at Fashion Island, this individual will spearhead business development and recruitment efforts across the United States and assist with our recruitment operations across Europe. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in recruitment and business development, capable of operating independently and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business development initiatives to expand our permanent placement services nationwide.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development and recruitment efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in business development and recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
