Job Summary:

The Vice President of Sales for Aesthetic Injectables will act as an entrepreneurial leader with significant autonomy, effectively running the division as their own business. This critical role is essential for the successful introduction and expansion of Letybo, Benev’s inaugural Aesthetic Injectable Product. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication abilities, and effective relationship management. The successful candidate must quickly develop and apply relevant industry knowledge, continuously collaborating with internal and external teams and business partners to meet Letybo’s business objectives.


Duties/Responsibilities:

●       Lead the strategic buildout of the sales organization for the launch of Letybo, focusing on recruitment, team development, and establishing a fit for purpose sales infrastructure.

●       Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract top talent and ensure a high-performing sales team aligned with business goals.

●       Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Benev Brands and strategic partners, including corporate and national accounts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and technology platforms like EMRs, to ensure integrated commercial efforts.

●       Drive the initial and ongoing training programs for the sales team to enhance skills, product knowledge, and market understanding, ensuring excellence in execution.

●       Establish clear performance metrics and accountability structures within the sales team to monitor effectiveness and drive results.

●       Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.

●       Foster strong, productive relationships with business partners and industry players to expand market presence and drive sales initiatives.

●       Oversee the development and execution of targeted sales strategies and campaigns that align with broader business objectives and market needs.

 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

●       At least 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in successfully building sales teams and launching B2B products in the healthcare industry. 

●       Preferred five years of industry experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry and market dynamics.

●       Demonstrated capability to recruit, develop, and lead a sales force strategically aligned with the company’s goals and market opportunities.

●       Strong leadership skills, with a history of driving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies and market penetration.

●       Proficient in business management, adept at guiding sales operations to consistently meet and surpass performance targets.

●       Proven experience in developing and executing training programs that enhance team performance and drive sales excellence.

●       Skilled at establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and business partners to foster broad market influence.

●       Exceptional analytical abilities to harness market insights for strategic decision-making and to refine sales tactics for optimal performance.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for leading teams and integrating efforts across multiple organizational levels.
