Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHouse Analytics is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of sales to build and lead a sales team in driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate industry. This executive will be responsible for the direction and achievement of revenue targets for multiple verticals, making regular input into the formulation of strategies for the overall sales function. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven success in SAAS sales or Proptech sales with a robust network of industry clients and prospects, and a strong track record of leadership and innovation. This person will interact with top management to adjust sales plans and strategies, plus will pursue, negotiate and close complex and strategic sales. This position reports to the CEO and Executive Team and is based in Atlanta, GA. We practice a hybrid work model, currently in-office 4 times a week or as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the outbound and inbound sales function, including strategy development, revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across multiple verticals and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including executive leadership, product, marketing, content development and finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in sales tactics and solutions.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of ad sales efforts and optimize resource allocation accordingly.
  • Manage sales executives accountable for achieving significant sales goals across regions; ensure that direct reports have appropriate resources to achieve defined objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the entire sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, demonstrating thought leadership and promoting our brands and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAAS sales or Proptech sales, with a proven track record of success is creating, implementing and executing an inbound and outbound sales strategy; minimum 2 years of experience at the executive level (VP )
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving sales growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Strong leader in setting directions for the team and achieving large sales goals; ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is a major plus.
