Description
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced VP of Sales in the Nashville area to grow our clientele in the Tennessee region.
- The VP of Sales is responsible for developing relationships with potential clients and influencers to sell Volato's innovative private aviation solution, as well as support and maintain relationships with existing clients to cultivate close relationships for retention, renewal, and referral opportunities.
- The ultimate measure of success for the VP of Sales is the performance relative to the assigned Sales quota which includes the sale of fractional shares of our cutting-edge HondaJets, Stretch Jet Cards, and marketing one-off charter flights to new clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create new client relationships through the process of prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to Volato's Concierge Services
- Helps develop the Volato brand through the representation of products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships
- Retain and service long-term relationships with clients in coordination with Concierge Services for that client
- Works independently to develop and maintain accurate sales reporting, prospecting, and forecasting through diligent use of Volato's CRM solution
- Prompt and accurate completion of sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in front-line sales as an individual contributor in the Private Aviation industry
- Track record of sales over-achievement
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and a basic understanding of the industry and competition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM (a plus).
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and function as a member of a team
- Detail-oriented person
