  • Proficient on Outlook and Word. Advanced level with Excel
  • Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Copy, Scan, collate, file and maintain overall operations of administrative department
  • Project management; coordinate company meetings on all levels
  • Create monthly production reports for executive members
  • Management of office supply inventory and employee space needs
  • Manage Purchase Orders
