Now hiring for a contract to hire Customer Service Representative

Candidates must reside locally for this fully on-site role in Madison, WI.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00. Some Saturday morning shifts will be required from October through March.

Pay: $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide information about services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Experience working in a non-profit a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
