We are looking for Customer Service Representatives available to start in July for our client headquartered just outside of Madison, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a friendly, supportive, team that shows their appreciation through various employee perks.

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (100% onsite)
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and maintain department standards
  • Troubleshoot problems with customers via phone and resolve efficiently using diagnostic procedures within department work practices
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all call data in the CRM system
  • Promote a positive team atmosphere
  • Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required
  • Call center/customer service experience required
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
